Full body massage using a combination of Swedish massage, Thai, Esalen, Reflexology,and myofascial work and is designed for your deep relaxation pleasure. More than one massage move will be used on each group of muscles,for instance,five slow calming massage moves are used on the abdomen alone that create deep relaxation. The first hour is spent on the torso,arms and hands alone. The next 45 minutes to 1 hour of the massage involves the massaging of the legs (calves) and feet. The next position is prone where you are resting on your abdomen. I work the back of the thighs, buttocks, and back. The massage is primarily for relaxation,releasing tension and the pleasure of deep relaxation.
